PRODUCT LEADER. BUILDER AT HEART.

Curiosity into
products.
Ideas into impact.

I’m Lars. I build things that make possibility feel practical — from sharing the sky to software that thinks and acts.

Always close to the problem, the people, and the work.

2026 — NOWSTAFF PRODUCT MANAGER
deel.

A wider runway.

Today, I lead product for SaaS Management and Identity & Access Management at Deel, bringing the next chapter of Sastrify into a global platform.

The first phase is live: native SaaS Management serving hundreds of customers. With two teams, I’m pushing the product further while keeping the transition seamless for existing users.

Built around agents.
Ready for the next scale.

As Head of Product, I led Sastrify’s AI-native rebuild: moving from traditional SaaS modules to an autonomous agent architecture.

I owned the product architecture, wrote the specs and system prompts, and worked closely with engineering on boundaries, tool calls, and escalation paths. Sastrify was acquired by Deel in May 2026.

Making the sky
a little more accessible.

Eight years turning an idea into a European flight-sharing marketplace. I built and led the product and technology, helped raise €7.5 million, and grew a cross-functional team of more than 30.

Along the way, we won TechCrunch Startup Battlefield Europe. When the pandemic grounded commercial aviation, we built a pilot-to-medical-staff matching platform with Aviation Sans Frontières in five days.

HOW I BUILD

Close to the craft.
Clear on the outcome.

01

Stay hands-on.

Write the spec. Work through the architecture. Sit in the review. Own the decisions from the first brief to the thing people actually use.

02

Make AI useful.

Build around what agents can do, with clear boundaries, useful tools, and thoughtful human escalation. The workflow matters as much as the model.

03

Build with people.

Listen to customers, give teams a clear direction, and keep the feedback loop short. Good products come from shared understanding.

02 / THE LONGER STORY

A habit of
starting things.

Products, communities, and the occasional leap.
The thread has always been curiosity.

Before flight sharing and AI agents, there was a community of people learning to make games.

I started Unity Insider in 2008. It grew to more than 10,000 developers, with tutorials, a forum, and a shared excitement for building.

Since then, I’ve co-founded companies, led product teams, and helped a media house make AI part of its daily work. Different settings, the same instinct: understand what could be better, then build it.
